DSLR? ok fine. the features are very much same, it gives what we need but there's a catch. We get full features only when we buy pro version. There is free version with ads and limited features. let's look at the features :

• Stabilization (Beta Stage)
• Bitrate Upto 100mbps
• Frame Rate Upto 120fps

Semaphore Inc. devloped camera app Footej Camera, it was truly appreciated by public but because of some policy violations the app was marked as harmful. But, they made changes in the codes and came up with the new package on the Play Store named as Footej Camera 2. Features :

So wrapping up, the choice now depends upon you. I personally use HedgeCam 2 and it is quite great app. Basically i started with Open Camera then i found the better version of it as HedgeCam2 and switched over that. While testing these apps i found Footej Camera is also really good except the limitations.
